Inspection and repair of glass-lined reactors

With specialized professionals and reference instruments, MGC is able to meet the demands for inspection of glass lined coatings on reactors and connections through the following tests:

Spark test
Using a Holiday Detector with the application of high voltage (generally between 5.0 and 7.0 kV).

Thickness measurement test
Performed by sampling using a thickness gauge (ferrous base) with a detection range of 0.00 to 6.00 mm.s.

Visual inspection of the reactor
A complement to the tests with the objective of informing the client about the condition of the equipment and its connections.
