At the end of the detailed design phase, MGC Life Science always proceeds with the development of the project execution schedule, according to the prepared plans.
This preliminary planning phase is fundamental so that our clients can contract the execution correctly, with adequate timelines, and always following a guide developed to meet corporate requirements and procedures. Among the management services included in the detailed design phase are:
- Development of the detailed design schedule;
- Preparation of presentations on the detailed design;
- Report that cross-references the ERU information with the projects delivered in the detailed design phase;
- Development of a new risk analysis, aiming to identify and mitigate risks in subsequent phases.
